L-Mesitran Soft
Antibacterial gel with 40% medical grade honey, hypoallergenic medical grade lanolin, propylene glycol and vitamins C & E. Indicated for superficial and deep wounds. Can be covered with a secondary dressing , (every 24 to 48 hours).
L-Mesitran Ointment
Antibacterial ointment with 48% medical grade honey, hypoallergenic medical grade lanolin, aloe vera, calendula, zinc oxide and vitamins C and E. Indicated for the removal of necrotic and devitalized tissue. Can be covered with a secondary dressing, (every 24 to 48 hours).
L-Mesitran Active
Hydroactive antibacterial dressing with 30% medical grade honey, acrylic polymer, water and a self-adhesive border. Indicated for small superficial wounds. With a dimension of 7,5×4,5cm, including the adhesive border, (every 3-5 days).
L-Mesitran Border
Hydroactive antibacterial dressing with 30% medical grade honey, acrylic polymer, water and a self-adhesive border. Indicated for superficial wounds. With a dimension of 10x10cm, including the adhesive border, (every 3-5 days).
L-Mesitran Foam
Antibacterial dressing made of polyurethane foam impregnated with L-Mesitran Soft. The foam is able to absorb and retain exudate, up to 8 times its weight. With a dimension of 10x10cm. Cover and secure with a secondary dressing, (every 5-7 days).
L-Mesitran Hydro
Hydroactive antibacterial dressing with 30% medical grade honey, acrylic polymer and water. Indicated for superficial wounds. With a dimension of 10x10cm of hydrogel. Cover and secure with a secondary dressing, (every 3-5 days).
L-Mesitran Tulle
Antibacterial dressing made of polyethylene mesh impregnated with L-Mesitran Soft. Indicated for wounds without exudate or with mild to moderate exudate. Cover and secure with a secondary dressing, (every 3-5 days).
